Theoretical and Applied Informatics

Theoretical and Applied Informatics (TAAI) is a scientific, peer-reviewed, open access journal with a tradition of 28 years of publishing. TAAI features high-quality research results in the full scope of computer science, including:

  • foundations of computer science
  • software engineering
  • computer graphics
  • image processing
  • computer networks
  • quantum information theory
  • bioinformatics

The journal is published by Institute of Theoretical and Applied Informatics, Polish Academy of Sciences and Committee on Informatics of Polish Academy of Sciences. Our journal is listed among journals affiliated with Polish Academy of Sciences. It is published quarterly in the electronic and printed versions.

The journal is published using Open Access formula. TAAI is free to read and there is no charge for the subscription. Moreover, there is no charge for submission and publication. Everybody is free to download papers and to print them.
